This afternoon I attended the launch of the Council’s New ‘Dog Fouling’ Enforcement Team.  The team will compliment the existing enforcement teams in Community Patrol and will help deter the minority of irresponsible dog owners who for whatever reason fail to clean up after their dogs.       Read the Council’s full press statement by clicking HERE
