Tomorrow, at full Council the Conservatives will be moving a Notice of Motion (NOM) calling on the Leader of the Council, and his Cabinet, made up of New Labour and Liberal Democrats to resign over their handling of the Library closure programe fiasco, and their failure to defend their decision at the Public Enquiry in June.
