Earlier this evening I was out with the team in Saughall Massie calling on homes in Headington Road, Iffley Close, Botley Close, Cowley Close, Littlemore Close and Binsey Close.

People raised local issues, under-age drinking, poorly maintained wooded areas and the lake at the back of Littlemore Close and the rats that come into gardens from the lake. The lake never existed as deep as it does now, that only happened following construction of the Bypass, sadly the Council’s Engineers deny that the bypass construction has anything to do with it – Coincidence?
Lots of people also spoke of the state of the Country, MP’s expenses scandal, of all parties, and the very real need for a change in Government and in control of Wirral Council. They realise that only the Conservatives can deliver that change, and thats who they tell us they will be voting for locally and nationally in 2010.
