It seems as quick as the Council clear away the fly tipped rubbish from Tarran Way and Lingham Lane (adjacent to the Brickworks site) and beyond, they are only making space for the next lazy scumbag to tip further rubbish, builders rubble, garden clearance, bags of stuff, chunks of plastic etc. The four pics below [...]

Today see the resumption of the appeal made by Steve Chapman against the Councils Planning Committee decision to refuse an extension to his recycling operations.
