This week has been particulary busy, apart from going to work all week on Monday i attended various meetings, culminating in a visit to Bolton in the evening to attend a campaign meeting for Deborah Dunleavy, Conservative Parliamentary candidate for Bolton North East.  Tuesday afternoon met with highways engineers in Town Meadow Lane to look at the parking issues outside the flats close to Wastdale Drive, then in the evening along with my collegue Cllr Simon Mountney I was collecting signatures on a petition opposing the Brickworks appeal

Wednesday I chaired the Merseytravel Access Panel (MAP) at the Lauries Centre in Birkenhead, then attended a residents meeting in the evening.  Thursday travel to Bolton to work with Deborah, then in the afternoon back to Liverpool for a Policy and Resource meeting at Merseytravel, from there to Wallasey Town Hall for the Cabinet meeting that discussed all the cuts to Wirrals services, and then onto Sue Taylors Wine Tasting Event.  Friday over to Merseytravel for a meeting, then with Leah Fraser attended the Lingham Primary School Christmas Fair.   Saturday out with Suzanne Moseley and Simon Mountney delivering our Change Newspaper to Moreton.   Today catching up with mail and took a couple of residents queries.   Roll on the 8 day week!!
