No, well thats a surprise because the cowboys have been!   By cowboys I mean those so called ‘contractors’ who laid the new road surface in Grampian Way and Roads off.  I have to say I have never seen such an abortion of a job!

Emulsion, tar and stones are coming off all the time, tar is being carried onto peoples driveways and in their homes causing staining to carpets and floors.  The Council has been made aware of the problems by my colleague, Councillor Ian Lewis, and we are promised action will be taken, but as yet we do not know when!

Where does the Council find these companies?
