Over the last week I have had to contact the Council repeatedly about missed bin collections, missed assisted bin collections and Biffa operatives leaving emptied bins across peoples driveways. (see pic taken today). It’s as if some weird alien has got into their brains!
As far as i am concerned the service has deteriorated to the point were serious action needs to be taken, either by the Council or Biffa, or preferably both. What is certain is that the present level of service cannot be allowed to continue, it really is unacceptable. What do you think? Leave your comments on this blog.

I thought ONYX were bad enough, did not think it could ever get worse, how wrong I was! Just imagine recycling rates would be even better if more bins got collected
